Hey guys. 

So I bought a new book today which if you're struggling right now with any mental disorders or just need a stress reliever I recommend this book. It helps with anxiety aswell as feeling depressed or overly stressed. - In my blog post I put a link to a site who wrote about how much it helps the mind. one bit I liked was this.. 'We are reaching out to each other on social media, but that isn't satisfying. We connect to others through a screen today, but mindfulness encourages us to live in the present moment and connect to those physically around us.' ☀️🌿❤️
