BodyBlendz Scrub: Review
09:46Pleeeease tell me you have heard about the new 'coffee scrub' craze that's going around ??? If not you haven't lived and you NEED to try this god send.
It's coffee is made from the best arabica beans that has been blended together with highly moisturising regenerating and exfoliating oils & salts with absolutely no preservatives, artificial ingredients or nasties! and that's perfect for me as I have really bad sensitive skin.
(I forgot to take a picture IN the shower so I had to do it after I came out but this is what the scrub looks like on my leg and below in my hand)
When I first opened this I was hit by a strong smell of coffee (obviously it's a coffee scrub but I didn't think the smell would be as strong), luckily I like the smell of coffee so I didn't mind my bathroom filling with the aroma!
I showered normally and then before getting out I made sure my body was wet and applied 2 handfuls of the scrub all over me and trust me it goes A LONG WAY.
I'm going to admit it was quite messy and specs of coffee went everywhere but luckily it can easily be washed down with the shower head!!
I loved the feeling of applying the scrub to me. It was rather soothing and was lightly scratching my body and i knew I was getting a good exfoliating session going haha! I left the scrub on for 5-10 minutes as advised but it was about 7 mins as I was loving the feel of it but then the only downside I had was, after a bit it started itching around my neck area, now I don't know if this is normal and it stopped as soon as I had rinsed it off. It felt like when you go swimming and the chlorine makes you abit itchy until you get in the showers? so I'll have to watch for next time but I'm definitely going to use it again!!
On getting out of the shower after having rinsed it all off, my body felt ridiculously smooth <3 I felt like I had just put new skin on, it's THAT good. I've also noticed that my skin feels as if it's been moisturised so the oils in the blend definitely get to your skin.
I can't wait to see if this actually helps my stretch marks fade any cellulite (if you haven't got cellulite, you aren't normal really are you!) I recommend this scrub and I will put the link at the end of my post.
