We ALL have these moments right?
(I often do) Being honest here, I'm always on some sort of fitness journey, i mean you wake up and you want to eat healthier, you see people tweeting lovely shots of their healthy food and slim bodies and you think "right, tomorrow i am going to start eating better!" and tomorrow comes and you probably measure out a certain amount of ingredients for something you fancy eating for breakfast (cos you know 'most important meal of the day') etc etc.
I actually kept this up but theres times i give in to temptation, junk food. aka the DEVIL.
bleugh! the temptation is real but luckily i do prefer to eat healthier foods so i much find myself now craving an avocado salad like this one i recently made below.
I think jazzing up your salads can help a lot, its more enjoyable.
I'm going to start posting more food content on here, aswell as healthy foods i will post a few recipes for homemade 'Fakeaways' which is basically a take away with less calories!
Above is an example of chicken curry with rice that i made for a family member along with a salad which was thoroughly enjoyed!
This mornings breakfast was porridge with golden syrup that seemed to taste a lot better than it normally does and it kept me full till 4pm! (bare in mind today is Sunday which is a lazy day for me)
Don't forget to get your water intake in or your herbal teas as this helps your system to aid weight loss!
i literally drink flasks of hot water to fill me up longer and not only that, it is very beneficial to your skin.
That was a quick and short post because i haven't posted anything in a while.
