Hey guyssss!

Just thought I would start up a little something I would post every Sunday about my highlights and purchases of the week.

I'm currently sat here fixed to my screen watching countless episodes of Desperate Housewives. I am so happy I rediscovered my love for this programme. I was so obsessed years ago when those wives entered my TV life. 

I wanted to be Gabrielle Solis. I thought she lived this luxurious life filled with everything that made her happy, husband, big house, nice car, no need to work, literally a dream. Truth was, this beauty wasn't happy, she was far from it and seeked 'happiness' in her affair with their teenage gardener 'John Rowland'. He was an absolute dreaaaam boat with that tanned skin, dark hair, green/hazel eyes *love sigh*. I longed to be part of this programme and live the lives they had. so much drama unraveled as the episodes went along and I found myself becoming more and more interested in the others lives too.

When season 1 ended, I cried. (honestly) I felt that it left my life so unexpectedly and I had to put up with being in school all day on Wednesdays with nothing to watch later that night. 

Season 2 came and went, as did the rest when it finally ended years later and broke my heart. I was dealing with the loss of my favourite TV show and had to find another distraction which luckily was more productive and I started college and focused on more 'important' things.

Having a week off this week, I found all episodes and decided to start the seasons all over again. (probably a bad idea but hey, it can't hurt right? or wrong, I may be suffering the after effects of it ending again)!

I wasn't going to mention this but it can't harm anybody and I was talking to a fellow blogger this morning who had recently started too so, I started therapy this week.

At first I was scared, scared of being judged, scared to admit I'm not coping well alone, scared to talk about what was bothering. A lot scared me, but it was the best thing I could of done and I am happy I started! 

A few samples came through the post for me this week but I haven't actually been in my own home to review them so I will put them online soon! 

Shopping: 

My lovely friend won a competition and won a goody bag filled with uni essentials and voucher to spend on ASOS which she kindly gave to me so I will blog my new purchases when i spend it!
