F is for Fitness 

This week, I received my new swimming costume in the post complete with my swimming hat and I am SO ready to dive in the water! (more like belly flop!)

I seem to keep having these moments of 'fitness' thoughts, where I want to get fit and lose weight and cut out all the bad food in my diet, but it takes consistency and willpower to stay on track.

I believe the 3 things that would help me to reach my goal of losing a decent amount of weight so I am happy with my appearance would be:

1. willpower
2. diet
3. exercise

Watching my diet and cutting out; Sweets. Fatty Foods. Fizzy pop. Snacks etc will help so much. I mean, it's not easy when you're on a diet and are surrounded by satan's food. 

After a long day, or after not eating much I tend to pig out on 'easy' foods which end up in me putting weight on rather than losing it.

Today, I woke up feeling motivated and ready to run a marathon!
As we all know though, that isn't possible for a newbie runner and starting off short distances and building up is the right way to go about it. (We don't want any injuries do we?)

I put on some old trainers (used in the picture up there) and took myself out for a walk/jog round the park. Not overdoing it but I am making a choice right there. I could either sit in and browse the web all day or get myself moving and shift some lbs.

I am not the most motivated person when it comes to fitness but I certainly want to see a change and only I can make that happen. There is no point in crying or being down over somebody who is already there, help yourself get there!
