18:53Late night thoughts are the worse aren't they? they consume your every thought. you try and push them out but it's like you're surrounded by darkness with nothing but negativity and overpowering urges. Some say going to sleep will be a good distraction but how are you supposed to sleep when you're constantly overthinking?
Do you ever want to be someone else because you believe their life is perfect? Do you see a celebrity and think they have no worries?
EVERYBODY, know matter who they are has a story. Some may have told and others may have not but you can never just assume because someone has certain materials or lives a different lifestyle to you they have it easy.
I used to always wish I could be someone else and my thoughts at night used to override anything positive I thought about that day. It's taken me such a long time to accept I am me and I'm the best me I can be. What's the point in wishing or trying to be someone else? I was born the way I was and only I can help make my lifestyle better. Pushing out late night thoughts will be a start! there's no point in letting darkness take over your mind right before trying to drift off because then you'll never sleep.
Take a deep breath and remember how lucky you are to be alive and remember that you can make anything you want of yourself in the future. chin up! you've got this! :)
